Sherry Rioux Wants You to Join Her on TV

I have been approached by a Toronto production company to be on a new real estate reality TV Show coming out in the fall called "MY HOUSE, YOUR MONEY!"

They have asked if I have any clients that are 2 generations of families, buying real estate together. (Examples - A grandparent contributing to the purchase of their grandchild's first home; or aging parents moving in with adult children, or parents helping their child buy a first home).

This is a brand new show, from the producers of quality real estate programs PROPERTY VIRGINS, PROPERTY BROTHERS and the UNSELLABLE, and is now in per-production. Each episode features a family, maneuvering through the drama and excitement of property purchase, with their unique family dynamic and the REALTOR® who guides them on their journey.

For your efforts they provide a television appearance fee of $2,000.00 for each family. You do not actually have to complete the purchase but you do have to be looking in the Collingwood area. The idea is they would tape 1 house that you like, 1 house that the other party likes, and 1 that you both can agree on. Taping is done over a 4 day period & they can work around your schedule in most cases.
